For more than 50 years, the Paradoxical Commandments have circled the globe. They’ve been printed, painted, preached, and delivered to millions of people by some of the world’s greatest leaders, educators, ministers, speakers, parents, and teachers. Mother Teresa even had them on the wall of her children’s home in Calcutta.  This week, I wanted to share their profound wisdom with you. I hope they brighten your Monday, your week, and your life!

We live in an often chaotic and challenging world. For most of us, we are bombarded with messaging and media packed with negativity and fueled by divide. The wonderful thing is that we get to choose what we feed our minds and souls, just as we choose the kind of food that we feed out bodies. Fuel yourself with kindness. Empathy. Compassion. Gratitude. Passion. Purpose. Give the world the best that you have and watch great things come back to you in return.
